You may place an order to purchase any product(s) advertised for sale on Pedal Play website by simply following the onscreen prompts after clicking on the item you are interested in. You will have an opportunity to review your order and correct any input errors up until the point which you submit your order by clicking the MAKE PURCHASE button on the CHECKOUT page.
After submitting your order online, we will send you a confirmation email with your order reference and detailing the product(s) that you have ordered. Pedal Play Ltd will process your order and charge your debit or credit card via PayPal.
On some occasions due to a high level of demand, we may temporarily be out of stock for some products. We do receive frequent deliveries from our suppliers, therefore please revisit our website at a later date or alternatively email us at firstname.lastname@example.org expressing your item(s) of interest and we will advise you when stock becomes available.
All product prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices may change at any time prior to (but not after) acceptance of your order.
All payment transactions will be processed on our behalf by PayPal. This means that your debit/credit card details are provided directly to PayPal and are never revealed to us. PayPal operate a secure server to process your payment details. For your security Pedal Play Ltd does not store any debit/credit card details. PayPal encrypt your debit/credit card information and authorise payment.
We highly recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details to anyone, including us, by email. PedalPlay Ltd cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to us by internet link or email. Any such loss shall be entirely your responsibility.
Pedal Play Ltd offers free Royal Mail Parcel Force delivery in the UK (including the Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Isles of Scilly) only. Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), International addresses, The Channel Islands (GY, JE) and the Republic of Ireland. All orders will normally be processed within 48 hours of receiving your order, and should arrive within 72 hours of collection. Should your delivery be delayed, a member of Pedal Play customer service team will contact you promptly by email.
You may cancel your order if it has not been dispatched or within 7 working days of receipt of the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com. We will refund the cost of your order if the order has not been dispatched or you have informed us of the cancellation within 7 working days of the receipt of goods. However, you must pay for the return postage.
Pedal Play Ltd, trust that you will be pleased with your purchase(s). Should you wish to return any item purchased from us, we will refund or exchange any unused product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition and upon production of your receipt. Returns should be made within 30 days with the product in the original undamaged packaging. If the product is not returned to Pedal Play Ltd in a fully resaleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
If any product you purchase is found to be faulty or damaged when delivered, Pedal Play Ltd may offer to replace or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.
These products, pedal cars and ride-on toys, are NOT approved for use on public roads or near where other vehicles are operating. Under no circumstances should these products be used in locations where there is a danger to a child or adult. It is the full responsibility of the buyer to ensure that these products are used responsibly and in a safe environment. Children should be under strict adult supervision at all times when using these products.
